“The whole process was straightforward and the customer service excellent. The blankets were so beautifully packaged that it was a joy to receive them. Finally the blankets themselves are lovely and a brilliant addition to our living room. I was so pleased, I ordered something for my daughter for Christmas.”

“The website is clear, the advice given on choosing a product was excellent, the delivery was swift, the packaging is simple but stylish and the cashmere blanket scarf is beautiful and warm. I have received many comments after wearing it just once. Highly recommend.”

We are sorry to hear this Janith. Your order came in on the 14th November and was dispatched the same day which is super speedy from our warehouse team. It left us with Royal Mail Airmail which is an untracked service and usually takes 5-7 working days. However, we have been made aware by Royal Mail that parcels coming from the UK are taking a little longer than usual to get through customs. I'm unsure why this is the case, it probably won't help that it is coming up to Christmas. Royal Mail allow 25 working days to reach you. If it isn't with you by the end of next week please let me know. Have a lovely day and any other questions please just ask, I'll be delighted to help.

“I bought 6 big lambs wool scarves. They are all presents, they look and feel great, arrived quickly, beautifully wrapped with a little sweet surprise inside. I am very pleased with my purchase, unfortunately I was not aware of Black Friday coming up, which would have saved me some money!”

“The blanket came really quick! Perfect size for snuggling on a couch and the box it came in was so adorable with a little candy cane and note that I almost didn't want to take the blanket out and ruin the display! Love it!!”
