“An Easter present for my mum who is self-isolating alone and many miles away from us. She was delighted with the gift - thank you for the prompt delivery, the presentation and packaging, and the contents.”

“Dear Tartan Blanket Team! Today the Royal Mail contacted me that my order had been send to Austria. And now it was delivered. I'm very, very happy that the delivery worked! And the products are sooooooo warm, beautiful and cozy! I love it😍!!!”

Hello Cornelia, I can confirm your order was shipped on 6th April, the day after you placed your order. Unfortunately due to the global pandemic and recent UK bank holidays we're seeing some items taking a little bit longer than normal as postal services have increased demand and reduced workforces. Whilst we're working hard to stay open and get everyone's orders out on time, things are a little bit slower than they normally would be. I can confirm that your item is still in the Royal Mail system and on its way to Austria. Though it's taking a little longer, be assured your order will be with you soon! Warm regards, Yvonne

Hey Sophie, Really sorry to hear that. I know it's frustrating when you're waiting for something that is taking longer than expected. I can confirm your order was shipped last Wednesday and free delivery is normally 2-3 working days. Friday/Monday were Easter Bank holidays so today is the third working day since dispatch. Unfortunately due to the global pandemic we're seeing some items taking a little bit longer than normal as postal services have increased demand and reduced workforces. Whilst we're working hard to stay open and get everyone's orders out on time, things are a little bit slower than they normally would be. We also offer next day delivery for more urgent items and would've upgraded your order for free had we known before we shipped it. Fingers crossed it turns up soon and please let me know if we can do anything to help. Fergus

“My tartan blanket is beautiful and the quality is everything I had hoped for. Sadly, the delivery of my blanket by Royal mail was disgusting. Incorrectly delivered elsewhere then retrieved but sadly, the parcel had been fully opened so the beautiful presentation was totally ruined.”

“I've bought two blankets from The Tartan Blanket company. They're both beautiful, great quality and so reasonably priced. One is recycled wool and the other is a lambs wool baby blanket. They come beautifully packaged and mine arrived in the mail very quickly. I would highly recommend them!”
