“I received my large shipment (12+ corals) and they arrived 3 days late and were all dead. TCK said they would replace them but that was over 3 weeks ago and no communication from them at all.”

“So my shipment (valued over $800) encountered the feared shipping delay. FedEx happened to deliver it to the wrong address, so the shipment arrived a day late. To my surprise, when I opened that box, everything was perfect- still warm in the heat packs and every coral was safe in their individual packaging. TCK is the best!!”

“TCK Corals customer service far exceeds the other merchants I have used. TCK emailed to see how the corals were doing, and when I told them that one of the six did not survive they simply refunded my money, no questions asked. I never expected this from a coral distributor. I would definitely buy from them again. Corals packaged very well sent communication of shipping so that I would know when to expect delivery. GREAT to work with.”
