“I am beyond impressed with the customer service @ Teadog! After receiving my first order with two of the cans pretty dented up I reach out to Lizzy, per my packing slip, and she graciously stated the items would.be replaced immediately & that I didn't need to return the dented cans. WOW, WOW, WOW! When looking for high end, specialty teas I will always order from Teadog!! Oh, the Scottish Afternoon Tea is so delicious - I'm really enjoying it! ❤️”

“I've have tried several tea delivery companies over the years and TeaDog's service and selection stand out. After hiking in Wales and getting a taste of Welsh Brew, I was hooked, but assumed I was unlikely to find it back in the states. Luckily, TeaDog was able to stock me up, not only with my new favorite cuppa, but other selections (like the lovely Decaf Cornish tea) that are hard to find. Ordering is a breeze and delivery is always prompt as promised.”

“I ordered my tea from Teadog. I had to call the company to change the address that it was being sent to and the staff member was very accommodating, polite and receptive to my needs. I highly recommend this company. Bonus they carry my favorite 🍵 tea.”

“TeaDog is terrific! When I need to chat with them, they are always there. I order the Bewlwy's Decaf Special Blend for me, and a friend likes the Bewley's Special Blend Tea. Bewlwy's and TeaDog never dissapoint! When folks ask me what I drink, I tell them, and I tell them I order 3 or 4 boxes of each at a time. Best Teas ever, and TeaDog is the absolute best company who provides the tea.”

“I love your Scottish and Irish teas. I had an issue with the website, so wrote an email with a question. I was delighted with a quick, efficient and kind response. Imagine my surprise when in the box there was a sample of a tea I had never tasted as a gift for my “trouble.” There was no trouble, but great customer service! Thank you!”
