“First discovered during lockdown, I still rate the cardamom chai as my favourite. I usually make it with a shot of vanilla syrup… delicious! Delivery is fast and reliable”

“I discovered Ginger Chai in a supermarket but I now struggle to get it in any shops. It has been replaced by Masala Chai which I tried but don’t like. I ordered a box of Coconut Chai with my Ginger Chai and it is pleasant but I’ve never seen it in stores so I guess I’ll have to order directly again when I’m ready”

“We buy both Ginger and Masala Chai from local Booths and have always been pleased. Nilgiri is very, very refreshing. Great that all packaging recyclable. Very quick delivery when ordered by post.”

“I had bought a pack a few months ago and recently started using it, the tea was outstanding and the ginger was so strong and warming, I was amazed at how nice it tasted. So I purchased a 4 packets to keep me going for a while. I was really disappointed as you cannot taste the ginger in the new tea that I bought, I even tried to double up with two bags in one cup, not even a hint of ginger, taste more like Earl Grey. I find it odd as the new packets say, ‘New recipe more flavour’. I am not sure if this is a dud packet or if all 4 packets taste the same, I really loved the Ginger Chai and I do want more but this is really unacceptable. I have tried to contact Tea India twice via email and not received a reply as I would like a full refund.”

“I adore chai, and I have always loved the tea india chai teabags. For health reasons I have started drinking decaffeinated chai, and it is so hard to find. I was delighted my favourite tea came in decaffeinated, so I ordered 4 boxes. Unfortunately every box I open has a few ripped tea bags in, and some are stuck together. The bags themselves are so delicate and there isn't much tea in them. Really disappointing for the price.”

“I tried a lot of teas but this is by far the best and I am so happy to have given it a try. It exceeded my expectations and from now on this brand and tea is my go to. Oh and I make it with Coffeemate instead of milk because I am lactose intolerant. This enhances the flavour even more.”

“Absolutely the best Chai tea bags that I've been able to find. The broad range of flavours are all delicious with the Coconut Chai being particularly fabulous! And having a decaf option is a real bonus. If you haven't tried this tea, don't delay!”

“I want to give 5 stars as I purchase this product regularly. A little disappointed with my latest purchase of 8 boxes of ginger chai tastes more of lemon than ginger. I have sent 2 emails asking if the blend has changed or if there is an issue and had no response in over 2 weeks. Please get in touch Tea India”

“A wonderful alternative to tea, herbal teas, hot chocolate and an earl grey. This spiced cup of wonderfulness is a great treat that doesn't leave you filled with guilt. It tastes divine and transports you to other climes whilst sitting in the office in dreary grey London. Highly recommend!”

“Amazingly quick delivery but more importantly Great tasting quality tea. My favourite is the ginger chai closely followed by the coconut chai. I also love the decaf masala chai. This was my second order and I will certainly be ordering again. Thank you Tea India 🥰”
