“ Am still waiting for an offer of a refund 3 weeks after receiving 2 parts of a gaming chair broken and then being told I will have to pay to return the whole chair which is awful service. I don't even think they deserve 1 star, awful service. ”

“ The chair was received fairly quickly and easy to assemble. The metal was a little rusty and on contacting Doohickey-Hut, they offered advice on how to clean and gave a partial refund. It's not perfect but my son loves it for his gaming. ”

“ I ordered a charging lead for my Sony Experia, it arrived two days later but was the wrong one. I returned it, at a cost of £2.45, with details of why it was wrong and asking for it to be replaced with the correct lead. Three days later an envelope arrived containing exactly the same lead. I have just paid another £2.45 to return it and asked for a refund. They would be great people to deal with, if only they could supply what you want. ”
