I contacted the shop because I placed an order for which I personalised the item. When the item arrived, it was spelt wrong. turns out it was my mistake, they print what i type in.
I spoke to Helen , Customer Experience and she was so kind. She refunded me allowing me to re-order it.
Now that is exceptional customer service.

Excellent company, after an accident in a restaurant that left my t-shirt ruined I reached out hoping for a discount voucher to buy a replacement. Instead Max arranged for a replacement to be sent out! Postage was very fast and Max gave excellent customer service, thanks so much!
