Poor customer service at the Blackburn store, manger is rude, unprofessional and patronising. The store does not commit to the policy's stated on tehir website. Avoid at all cost, spend your money at a more loyal store.

I purchased a jacket 2 weeks ago. Paid £140 and its for sale now £87. I have spoken to customer service who wasn't even trying to help. Very disappointed and will never use this company again.

2022 the items arrived but were wrong product and size so Tessuti customer service told me to go to Gateshead Metrocentre as they had my size and style in stock and then to call once resolved for gift card as it was warehouse fault.

The customer service lady told me to return it to a store and I thought that would be easier so they told me my nearest store was 30 mins away so I went there and there was no branch there or ever has been.

When I contacted customer service I have been told that they do not have a shipping date as they are busy before Christmas.

The parcel has either been interfered with by the courier service in transit or upon arrival at Tessuti.

ordered items in shop waited for delivery only 1 item delivered other item out of stock , went back to shop refunded for 1 item now waiting for 2nd item balance to be refunded , for the prices they charge for items one would presume better service lol

Ordered a Purse for my wife (£70 item) it arrived next day, brilliant! This is where it goes wrong, purse arrives scuffed, zip broke with which looks like tobacco inside it! I phone customer service of which they tell me to return it and order another one of which I did.

They do not deserve 1star. Avoid at all cost. Returns service is horrendous. Returned my items 1 month ago and no refund although received an email confirming they have received them. After calling them they said I needed to send proof of postage! Does. It make sense, when they sent me an email confirm they received them.. any excuse to to return my money
