“A pleasant surprise to find out that we used to visit your shop near Penrith when my mother lived in Crosby Ravensworth and I still cherish my Alpaca pullover which I have had for about twelve years. On the web site the layout was inviting and style easy to choose. The mail distribution was next day and the pullover meets all expectations. I may be browsing again for Christmas Presents!”

“Was looking for a particular model of Brax jeans which I had been unable to source, in my size, spotted Alpaca on Google and phoned their HO in Penrith. The delightful lady on the phone looked on her system, told me they didnt stock this product code, but promised to get them from Germany for me. Theyvarrived by post only 8 days after my call. Brilliant service. Thanks a lot.”

“I went on Google to look for an alpaca jacket and found this company. The perfect jacket was on the site and in the sale Too! I ordered and was thrilled with the speed of arrival of my parcel. The jacket is high quality, perfect fit ( I was guided by the size chart on line)and I couldn't be more pleased. Keep the on line option please so I can shop again from Staffordshire. “This is the second sweater my husband has bought to replace a much loved one he has had for about 15 years but still looking perfect until I washed it in the machine. The online colours were not exactly what he wanted but we decided to trust the description and our previous experience of the muted colours of the alpaca garments. He is absolutely delighted. They are very light but really warm, ideal for travel and match a variety of trousers. The despatch was very efficient. Well done The Alpaca Clothing Co. you saved the day!”
