As a long-time customer, I feel that The Body Shop's products are generally of high quality with wonderful scents and flavours. Speedy delivery for online orders, and no testing on animals! I admire a business that doesn't put a price on basic human morals and ethics.

Everything always smells amazing! Very good value for money. The shea butter body butter has been my favourite for several years. I like that the better products remain constant. I recently shopped in store but the online website is also good for fast delivery.
