“ Their website for returns or complaints is useless. There is no email address and the phone lines don’t get picked up even within the times listed. The ‘contact form’ just takes you around in circles to a list of closed options. I have returned my order and have not received any notification or money a month later yet cannot actually query what has happened. ”
