“Great place for heartfelt, meaningful and creative pressies and cards. I had a little issue with the website, but called up and it got resolved so quickly, the pressie was received by my pal on time and I got my order at the same time. Zero hassle, happy faces and good vibes all round. I would highly recommend. The product I bought was a the Basquiat bag, and I did buy it purely based on design so a little indulgent, but very happy with my bag and my experience with The Curious Pancake! :)”

“Love love love these cards. Perfect when you're looking for something different. I've used the handwritten service a couple of times during lockdown too - great initiative. And let's not forget my set of sweary pencils which sit proudly on my desk and make me smile every time I pick one up :)”

“Sadly Curious Pancake failed to deliver on time. Whilst I am aware that a global pandemic has caused disruptions to the postal service (and it may all be down to them), when I arranged a week in advance for a Father's Day card to be delivered and discovered it didn't arrive for a further 3 days after the date, I was pretty disappointed. I had cut it a bit fine when ordering a Birthday card a few weeks earlier, and that arrived a day late, so I was super organised about Father's Day, but sadly that did not work out.”

Hi Mark, thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear that delivery fell short of the mark for you during lockdown. I know Royal Mail is still under huge strain with staff absences and extra work brought on by the pandemic and I endeavoured to clearly communicate this in our coronavirus updates and shipping info on the website. Sadly, some first class items are taking up to 5 working days to be delivered at the moment and it is a bit of a jackpot. Hoping you might give us another try again in the future, I really do ship orders out as quickly as I can (especially around key times like Father's Day) and I'm only sorry it hasn't seemed to help in this instance.
