“I can honestly say I’ve never had worst service from a waiter or waitress than at The Finery. The blonde lady working on the evening of the 17th Dec 2022 spoke to my partner and I in the most passive aggressive way possible and rolled her eyes when she gave us our food. We have no idea why her behaviour was so rude as we were perfectly polite - we have both worked similar jobs and understand how difficult it can be, especially during the football. But it was beggars belief. The only thing we asked from her the entire night was for a bottle of ketchup and she didn’t even give us that. I rarely issue a negative review online as, again, having worked in a pub I know how damaging even a single review can be. But I genuinely think the management need to know that they have an employee that speaks so rudely to guests for no reason.”
