“Perhaps to busy . The waiter spilt a drink soaking my guests lap and broke a glass . Quickly cleaned up but no apology. Food was OK but we all sat for over half an hour with no attempt to clear our dinner plates. It became annoying. The £45 service charge was added to the bill but at no time were we asked if everything was OK.
The food was nice but nothing special. Our previous visit was far better, so what changed. We did comment on younger staff in need of training compared to before.
Overall not a day to remember.”
“We went to the pub/ restaurant on Sunday, I have to say we were both disappointed.
I have never had mushy vegetables for Sunday lunch before. I was shocked when I saw how they were served. I read the menu and it sounded delicious but looked awful when it arrived. I shall be calling in to cancel our reservation for 10 people for a future date.”
“We went to the Horse & Jockey for the 1st time & I have to say what a Marvellous Experience it was.
From walking in the front to walking out everything was perfect.
As for the food, that was just Awesome!!
