“Unfortunately, due to previous breast reduction, I can't exclusively breastfeed. We started supplementing with Little Oak expecting it to be the "next best". It is still quite hard on my son's tummy, he spills a lot, which doesn't happen when he has breastmilk. The poo is green, runny and extremely stinky when we drinks this formula, very different to breastmilk poo. The customer service is very good and delivery was very fast.”

“After making an order and realising that it is not suitable for my baby I rung them immediately to cancel it and they were unhelpful and basically said they were not going to allow refund. The reasons were very weak and even if true they could have gone out of their way to be helpful. They care more about making a dollar than good customer service. This is why I will not be recommending them to any other parents looking to switch to goat formula, not to mention they advertise themselves as a NZ company but they are registered and running out of Australia.”
