“Janxi patterned large vase - So pleased to have found this website. My 'vase' arrived within a couple of days and was extremely well packaged. I absolutely love it. Exactly as per the website. But beware it is large. Obviously I had checked the measurements. But its a chunky piece and will probably look bigger than you imagined. Now I have an excuse to order the smaller double happiness pot!”

“I first got my delivery and it was totally the wrong unit and had bits missing! I ordered a white unit but a black one was delivered with no draws in it and no clasps on the unit! Very disappointing as I had made special arrangements for this delivery then had to sort a return and new delivery out day out again!!”

“Great service, contact maintained throughout , however sideboard is rather too low, I feel this should been pointed out.., I know the measurements were available which I used, it just came up a bit on the low side once unpacked and is the first comment any visitors make when they see it!”

“Don't get me wrong. I love the product, my ginger jar arrived quickly and looks great, however in an age where companies need to do all they can to be sustainable, I was extremely disappointed with the huge amount of polystyrene that packaged the item. Nine Schools portrays the best of artisan Chinese pottery, unfortunately let down by the worst of Chinese industry in that it appears they have no regard for the planet packaging items in this way.”

Hi Graeme, thanks for this - We are moving to EPE packaging next year which is recyclable and we are trying new methods that use less packaging but keep breakages to a minimum.

“I love the ceramics in this shop. Unfortunately I order a blush ceramic ginger jar but twice I was delivered a green one. I had a brief apology and was told to repack the wrong ones ASAP. I have no time to pack some shops mistakes. To this day I had no discount voucher. A decent shop would give a free item for the hassle, but not them, which is a disappointment.”
