Hi Kim, Appologies for the mis communication - we do deliver accessories to the Isle of Wight - it's just that your items were damaged and they were the last ones in stock - so we had to refund your order - the items have been taken off the site now. Regards The Nine Schools

“Excellent customer service but we've found that the furniture although nice and shiny on the outside has shockingly poor interior - pretty much all the drawers and inside shelves in sideboards are unusable - wood is not even sanded down, doesn't fit and is not covered in paint or any kind of finish.”

“We've purchased from The Nine Schools twice now and both times the customer service has been shocking. Last year packages arrived after Christmas. This year one of your advisors/ owners called Patrick actually swore at me on the phone when simply enquiring about one of the missing packages. Worst thing is there is no compensation for what you would categorise as ameatuer mistakes. Clearly The Nine Schools don't value our custom as been evident with swearing at customers.”
