“I initially phoned regarding delivery time on an item and was called back , as promised, promptly with this information. I placed my order it was delivered on time and the delivery company were excellent , they even phoned when held up in traffic to say they would be slightly delayed by 20 mins. Very pleased excellent service.”

“Beautiful pair of small Chinese cabinets (I bought the blue). Excellent service from shop owner, who rung to check my internet order and superb Courier service - gives you full control of which day you can take your order and at what time, including courtesy call from the driver. Recommended without reservation.”

“Lovely product, well-made and beautiful. Looks a lot more expensive than it is. I have a matching pair now and they are lovely bedside tables. Delivery was quick and on time - I was given a 3 hr window and the deliveryman phoned me half an hour before his delivery. This made it very easy to plan my day around the delivery.”

“Medium Chinese Cabinet in Blue. The service from Nine Schools has been excellent and we are very happy with our new cabinet which was delivered safely and quickly. It has instantly added interested to the corner of our living room where it has been placed, the gold detail in the design really catches the light.”

“This was my first purchase from ~The Nine Schools. The sideboard looks great in the hall and the protection during delivery meant no scratches or dents. It creates just the right amount or oriental atmosphere to go with my collections from that area. I would highly recommend this company. The purchase price was cheaper than from a well known high street retailer.”

“Initially one cabinet arrived broken due to transport however I sent pictures and Nine Schools sent anbother with no fuss or queries which arrived in a week Product is lovely, well made and exactly as it appears on the site – thank you for all your assistance”

“The cabinet is beautifully made, and good value for money. A lovely piece of furniture. Delivery was free and it arrived within 10 days of ordering, and I was kept informed of when to expect delivery. A very good service. Do bear in mind, though, that if you order a large piece, the free, one-man delivery service doesn't include taking it upstairs. It may be worth contacting them to see if they would be able to sort something out for a fee, as this would cost them extra.”

“I ordered a black Chinese large sideboard. I had looked in John Lewis but they were out of stock and were having a problem with quality. I was therefore delighted to find The Nine Schools on the website. The sideboard is beautiful and exactly what I wanted, with one drawback. This was that it was described as having removable shelves in the cupboards, which I needed, but when delivered the shelves were missing. The customer experience which The Nine Schools however was excellent (though I am still waiting for the shelves). The delivery timely and the sideboard really well protected. The delivery driver was really pleasant and helpful and even helped me get the sideboard out of its box and put in place. If the shelves had been there I would have given The Nine School an Excellent.”
