“My current play through target is £351023.28 let's just say I'm not going to be playing through that! Apparently it moves up and down with each wager of bonus money however mine never seems to go down. I do love the free games but there's only a certain number of games you can play with the bonus money.”

Hi Melanie Thank you for your review. We know that we need to work on the bonusing system. Its one of the first things that was implemented many years ago. The rules around bonusing will be changing this year so we have held off changes until we have clarification on how we can offer bonuses going forward. We will keep you posted. On a separate note - I will get the play through on your account reset. Whilst the current system shows the total required for all bonuses applied (which makes it look very unrealistic) the trigger to cash out depends on any bet that reaches the play through requirement. “Well what can I say , over the past 10 years I've been playing on other big casinos , never really won anything, came here deposited just £10 which rapidly turned into £900, so made a withdrawal and customer service was there 24/7 to support any issues with immediate responses. You need to ignore the negative reviews about high bonus wagering, this is free play money if you want real money deposits some cash like I' did! I'm awaiting my money but I'm sure it will be here soon! Highly recommend”

“I don't have loads money but now and then I will put a tenna on then the other day put Tenna on and couple scratch cards later I'd won over £500!! I put in my ID and a half hour later I was verified!! And two days after that money was in my bank!! So happy..customer service kept me upto date with every movement by text and email.. Thanks phonecasino now I'm decorating my Hall/stairs/landing and living room with my winnings!! Very pleased”

“The range of games is very good...graphics are smooth and gameplay seems very fair. I do however have 2 issues...the first is that i find having to pay £10 to withdraw, after 3 withdrawals in a calender month, excessive to say the least. Not sure why this is policy... The second is, on the main list of slots, there is a mistake with one of the games. The icon shows "plenty on twenty" (a slot that i am already familiar with) but in actual fact, the slot loads to a game called " horn of plenty". It even says so in the description. Either the icon or game needs updating to the correct one. Other than these 2 issues, the rest of the site, so far, is great. Thanks Alasdair doughty”

“I find it my favourite casino. As it's always giving away bonus spins etc. The customer service top rate and as helpful as can possibly be. Withdrawal is usually within one working day to my bank and the site expansive of games. No need to go elsewhere !”

Hi Reece Thanks for your review, but it doesn't quite make sense. Bonus money has a play through requirement, like pretty much every Casino in the industry. In addition, at least 200 people every month manage to win money using the bonus tools we provide. We publish these on our social media channels. What confuses us is that you are talking about wining free money that has a play through requirement vs not depositing that doesn't have play through requirement. Had you played with real money and won £1,000 then you would be able to withdraw it immediately with no restrictions or conditions. If you are unhappy with the bonus rules, please feel free to use real money. Bonus money represents an opportunity - for no risk or no obligation to try some of our games and to win free money.... with just the application of some of your free time. “I have been playing this site for a while now and it's an excellent site with lots of variety. I have been fortunate enough to win and cash out some money. The only small issue I have is that when you deposit money it comes off your card immediately but when you withdrawal using the same card it can take up to 5 days. Surely this can be a lot quicker. Apart from that I will still continue to play this site”
