“I think the payout ratio is very poor, as many sites you seem to always win a little at the start then lose it all, then trying to catch back is a risky game, then it will give you a little win to keep you happy then take it straight back”

“I have spent a reasonable and affordable amount of money but would’ve liked to build up some better rewards and seems like nothing in return that is worth anything, so please take these comments seriously and will build customer respect Thanks Neil”

Hi Neil Thank you for your comments. Your comments are noted and just to let you know, we are building a new and improved interface with integrated rewards system. We hope to have this ready before Christmas, but as you can appreciate sometimes technology launches can lag behind a little. We are conscious that we can improve - as always - especially with customer feedback. We also hope that our rewards are fairer than all other casinos out there because we offer no play-through or wagering on our rewards and what we give away is real money free spins when you make a deposit using our offers and promotions page. For the time being we are adding in new suppliers so the variety of free spins will increase and as and when we can get the new interface to you guys we will. Thank you for your custom and review and we hope to see you again soon. Kind regards The Phone Casino
