“It's good to know the order is in progress and is being tracked every step of the process, but this does result in a overkill of emails and text messages which where to a large extent unnecessary. A facility to enquire on progess would suffice. ****”

“Website good, ordering easy and prompt delivery.\nSo satisfied. \nI would have liked to find a diagram in the bag, showing how to rig the vehicle recovery wheel lashings, but I expect I will work it out.”

“Very easy to deal with communication good\nDelivery time would have been great if it was not for Ups \nPaid for next day but UPS let the side down. \nDo not let this detract you from buying from the ratchet shop as there service is top notch and can not fault them in any way. \nI will by from them again and I do recommend them to everyone and will to friends and family.”

“The service provided by the ratchet Shop itself was prompt, pleasant & on agreed timescales, most excellant however the service provided by thier courier was far from it. The courier, DPD, arrived at our packing agent, IEP, at approx 8.30am, he did not sign in, he parked near the gate & threw the package, contents unknown ie it could have been fragile, over the fence & drove away, the package was found sometime later, he had clearly forged the signature on the POD to show it had been signed for when it clearly hadn't. Our packing agent has made a direct complaint to DPD as this has happened before when DPD have delivered on behalf of others, it is completwely unacceptable & if goods are ordered in the future from The Ratchett Shop it will be specified that deliveries by DPD will not be acceptable.”

“I am not too sure about the range of pulleys offered,\nit is not enough, coming from marine yards myself I had snatch block pulleys with hook, same design as the yellow ones offered on web, everything else is absolutely fine. Also use of multiple pulleys can ease a hard day work quickly and have fun too. A diagram could be offered on line! Ratchet shop could improve a little bit there.\nAlso there is a new type of self winding ratchet for medium loads and Ratchet Tie-down products from USA proved immensely useful to hang heavy gear on the sealing, currently is not imported here.\n”

“Problems with carrier were dealt with well and order received in good time, but I had to call to ask whether it had been dispatched...would have been good to be called or emailed to inform me that it had gone already.\nMinor niggle though as products of good quality and staff were attentive, friendly and helpful.”
