“We booked a table to meet with friends for 7.30. The service was atrocious, we ordered our meal which did not arrive until nearly 9pm, my husband asked several times why it was taking so long , when the meal finally arrived I asked why it had taken so long, his reply was it was the steak I told him it does not take over an hour to cook a steak his attitude was very poor. Staff perhaps need training in explaining why things are taking so long and to keep us informed. Won’t be eating in there again.”
“This was our first visit to rhe Red Cow and we will certainly be coming again. We were made very wAnnelcome by Julie. The food and service were excellent and we were pleased when the bill came and we had got a reduction as there was a meal deal.”
