“It was getting harder and harder to find the right, traditional salamis, like Veneto, from our local deli. Even the cacciatori was not right from Cole or Woolies.
So glad to have found this man. The flavours are exactly as they should be for the types of salami made.
Service is prompt and the goods arrive quickly which is a bonus.
My only gripe,(and that is just me being a salami connoisseur) is I like salamis well matured and hard, so I have to store them in a bag in the fridge and wait patiently for them to cure and harden more before eating.......very hard to do as we want to eat them now so I order batches well in advance now, lol.
