“Why was this order shipped with a continental power plug and phone wall plug that is not a standard UK phone socket. I use Polycom phones now due to being very deaf so not expecting any problems with quality - if I can obtain correct phone plug ? Very disappointed so far!! les@ propfarm.co.uk”

Please accept my apologies for the incorrect cable which was sent out to you. We only stock power supplies with standard UK plugs, so we think that this item was delivered to us in error by our suppliers. As discussed we will rectify the situation ASAP. Best Regards Paul

“Purchased a Plantronics Voyager Edge Had accurate information about the product and when contacted their customer care for some assistance had a very quick response and solution Pros: Best Price, Very helpful customer support, very quick delivery for a reasonable charge. Cons: None”
