Purchased a Plantronics Voyager Edge Had accurate information about the product and when contacted their customer care for some assistance had a very quick response and solution Pros: Best Price, Very helpful customer support, very quick delivery for a reasonable charge. Cons: None

Product as described. I would have perhaps expected better packaging as the box arrived squashed, hence only 4 stars.

Great service, response and swift delivery. TheBestComms even rang up to check and correct a miss-selected item. I liked the service so much I'd like to set-up a credit account. Unfortunately only credit card and BACS payment up-front are possible at the moment, otherwise it would be a 5* rating :-)

The ordering process was quick and simple and the delivery time very fast. I could have done with a bit more product description so I could have confirmed that a power supply was included and when I phoned to enquire I got put straight onto muzak without any indication of what was going on. Still, availability and price carried the day.

First order was dispatched very quickly. Prices clearly ahead of the competition. Placed another order a couple of days later and product was out of stock but we received a call within minutes of placing the order to notify us. Good customer service and prices are amongst the sharpest out there so will continue to use bestcomms.

Goods were ordered Thursday but attempted to be delivered Saturday so missed the next day promise of Friday. Now have to collect from a depot....

Please accept my apologies for the delay with your order. The item was shipped from us on Thursday as planned using a next day courier service. From looking at the tracking information the parcel was loaded for delivery on Friday as planned, but no delivery was attempted, and the parcel was returned to the depot. The courier did try to delivery Saturday instead but this was unsuccessful. I will be discussing the reasons for the delivery not being attempted on Friday with the courier, but in the meantime I have refunded the next day shipping fee which you paid back to you. Once again please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Why was this order shipped with a continental power plug and phone wall plug that is not a standard UK phone socket. I use Polycom phones now due to being very deaf so not expecting any problems with quality - if I can obtain correct phone plug ? Very disappointed so far!! les@ propfarm.co.uk

Please accept my apologies for the incorrect cable which was sent out to you. We only stock power supplies with standard UK plugs, so we think that this item was delivered to us in error by our suppliers. As discussed we will rectify the situation ASAP. Best Regards Paul

Assumed products could be returned if incompatible as is the case with most online traders. however this is not the case with BestComms.

Firstly, thank you for your review; it is always helpful to receive feedback whether positive or negative. TheBestComms is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) seller so the Distance Selling Regulations in the Sale of Goods Act do not apply. This is standard practice for such B2B sales, a fact that many purchasers only find out after they have received the goods. We aim to make this as clear as possible to our customers before purchase and the buyer is required to confirm that they have read the terms and conditions on the checkout page. Our returns policy states that in very unlikely event that delivered goods are damaged, dead on arrival or if they do not match the items purchased, we strive to offer our customers the best possible service and can offer advanced replacement in most cases. In order to provide the widest range of items, we operate a very efficient supply chain. The benefits of this means we can offer a very prompt delivery, the downside however is that we are currently unable to accept items returned simply due to buyer remorse. TheBestcomms currently sells new out of the box stock, and has no facilities to sell open box or B grade returned items, so unfortunately this means we are unable to accept items back where the buyer has found them unsuitable, or has simply changed their mind.
