“I have been using the card association for only a few months but it has been so much easier and user-friendly than our previous credit card processing system. I have had to call the help desk twice and they have been very helpful and answered my questions both times with no issues. They were so kind and helpful. I do not regret switching at all!”

“Excellent customer service and less credit card fees. Every call I have made has been handled with professionalism and concern for my issues. They spend a huge amount of time working with me and resolving all of my issues. It is service like this that will keep me a customer for an extra long time.”

“TCA prides itself on the services they provide. They work hard to get out a low card processing fee for business owners and work with a lot of small businesses. They are prompt via text or call and are always on top of any issues. They fixed a tip mistake on a dozen transactions within 24 hours when we were first figuring out the system. They're honestly unbeatable in terms of value at any stage your business is at. 10/10 would recommend. God Bless them.”

“We just opened a merchant account with TCA last month. They made the process and setup very easy and simple while keeping us updated at all times during the process. “Fantastic service. Not only did they save us money, but our payment system is now more efficient and easier to use. “This is a fantastic merchant service provider which I absolutely recommend. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. I am especially impressed with the administrative support team, they are never too busy to assist with technical questions and are patient and thorough when walking clients through whatever difficulties they are having.
