“He has visited my home on several occasions, he is professional and efficient, very fair and reasonable with his charges. I,ve been given good advice which I dont always take it ! And he still manages to keep a good sense of humour when he visits. Would not use another chimney sweep.”

“This was the first time I used safe chimney and they were terrific. They cleaned my chimney and serviced my wood burning stove The technician was very patient and explained everything I would highly recommend them and will be using this company in the future!”

“They were very helpful and found only maintenance issues. I had it checked because it smelled like something died up there. He was really helpful in explaining everything and also discussing areas not in his control that I might need to have checked. I have to get some money together which is not a lot but I couldn't commit today. No pressure what so ever. Nice to deal with someone that doesn't just have sales in mind. Thanks!”

“This was our first time using superior chimney service. From start to finish they were very professional and courteous. Two technicians they came out we're awesome. Thank You .They were very thorough and showed us pictures of the dryer vent before and after. They made sure that everything was safe we signed up for maintenance for next year.”

“He was prompt, professional and personable. He knew what to do to get the dead bird out of my chimney, fix the cap so no more birds would be injured or die and he inspected and fixed all chimneys and swept out the fireplace. Wish all service companies and service people were like them”

“They are amazing.I had smike back up into my house today while my toddler was home. Called fire department to vent house. Called to see if The Chimney Pro could come out and take a look. They were here earlier than expected . Very precise work. Explained everything clearly and did not push for any work. They were amazing and friendly. They calmed my nevers in regaurds to the house being safe to keep the baby in. They explained all options we have to replace and repair the fire place.”

“He was very professional and kind. Went over everything very thouroughly and answered all of my questions. He arrived early and called when he was about 10 minutes away. “The Chimney Pro did a great job, really pleased. My job was not typical as I had a cast iron inlay that a gas fire had been bolted on to it. All other installers had said I couldn't keep it, but The Chimney Pro said he would try. It worked and it looks great. Highly Recommend!!”

“We first contacted The Chimney Pros to sweep our chimney in preparation for a stove installation and he gave us some great tips for choosing our stove. Since then we have always used and he is easy to book, very professional and so clean and tidy you wouldn't know he'd been. Would definitely recommend The Chimney Pro”

“Well, this had to be the most enthusiastic crew weve ever had in our home. Came on time, carefully cleaned out our incredibly dirty wood stove and fireplace vents and left everything cleaner than it was before they arrived. Additionally, they discovered a crack in our wood stove that we will need to deal with. The process was noisy (as you would expect) but was done quickly and professionally. I must also mention that the appointment booking was also made easily, and we were called the day before to confirm and again when the crew was on their way. I have put them in my calendar for a call when this season's heating is over. Highly Recommend The Chimney Pros”
