“So far, not so good. Ordered piece of glass for the back of the hob which arrived in a very poor state with the cardboard battered. Glass was intact though when unwrapped. Spent an hour cleaning the area where I was going to stick the glass as well as prepping props to support it once installed. Went to stick the glass onto the wall and found a one-inch-deep scratch which was close to a serial number etched onto the front of the glass. Really frustrating to wait so long for delivery then to find that the glass clearly hadn't gone through product control before delivery. When I complained, I got a very curt, run of the mill response, no recognition of the fact I had used my own tape to repackage the goods for return, no recognition of the fact I had unopened the adhesive, no recognition of the time I had wasted, just “we will get a replacement within 7 days of receipt of the faulty goods being retuned.
I will see what happens next in terms of the replacement goods but for sure, I wouldn’t purchase from them again”
