“The hat description was white online but when it came it was off white. It came unprotected in a dirty bag with a screwed up receipt and you could tel that you do my care about the quality of your products after they have been dispatched.”

We'd always encourage people to go to us directly rather than review sites so we have an opportunity to resolve things.
To address your points raised though:
- The item ordered was the FRESH EGO KID OFF WHITE/KHAKI SNAPBACK. It states in the description that it's off-white and there are images also showing this to be off-white too.
- Delivery conditions. All items are stocked and dispatched by our warehouse. I will pass this feedback on. Please note we have free returns if you are unhappy with this item.

Thanks for taking the time to review. The email address given doesn't match any orders placed. But like all retailers we have and occasional issue and can't guarantee that when an item is placed that the warehouse will send the right item or Royal Mail or Courier deliver it as and when they should. What we aim to do is provide the best possible customer service if there is a problem. If this is a genuine review, we would have already apologised and provided a free return label and some sort of compensation.
We honour the long distance selling regulation and would always refund any faulty, incorrect or un-delivered item regardless of payment method.
