The Ethereum network allows everyone to create their own token, and scammers create fake tokens that have the name and price of a real token, but they have zero value on the market.

“Hi all, Titan gap seems to be a BIG SCAM. I delt with ALEX and he gave me misleading info.
Deposit $250 usd, traded, then ALEX needed another deposit that I have done. We traded and made some profit and out of the blue he needed another $520usd so that he can liquidate the account so that I can withdraw some of the profit. He must be a scammer taking old peoples money. I did NOT do the last deposit and all of a sudden I can not withdraw or use any of the $3k funds that are there. Any advice or help pls.
