Worst experience ever
They sent tarnished and damaged rings and when I called them on the same day of delivery, they insisted that I had damaged them by wearing them.
When I told them I had just received the delivery, they said to send them back or maybe polish them with a cloth . I sent them back
1 month later I’m still chasing them for a refund

Bought a £1000 necklace, which was sold as gold in a sale. When I received it it was cheap plastic, and definitely not worth a £1000.
That was my first shop at TJC, and my last. Beware if you buy. I did get a full refund, but no explanation of any kind. Don't get duped, it may happen to you.

Ordered Bauer rechargeable hot water bottle 2 weeks ago no response from them. Just keep being to lies hold on for 5 days. They say had an issue with the item another lie wait till Monday they said should have an answer. Don’t hold your breath. Still holding on to my money after repeatedly asking for a refund. What a company.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Should not be allowed to trade.

14 weeks now.trying to get refund promissed in e mails and recorded calls. They don't care iam terminal and have to raise this every week. I don't think manager ring ,unless sees review. Have to go small claims court as almost 4 months now. Took photos of their lieng e mails for court.
