“Atrocious store!! Was buying 3 sparkly nail polishes for Christmas tried it on the nails and then security was apparently watching me through CCTV and a girl approached me and told me not to try on anything she told me security is watching you we have no testers and apparently been telling people off all day. Left the 3 nail polishes and moisturisers behind and walked out as I decided not to give my money to them. Went to boots instead. What happened to customer service? Apparently we are meant to serve this business! Shocking! They lost £40 Good riddance! It's no wonder it's so quiet lol”
“Extremely miserable rude staff. Some are quite nice and helpful. It's a luck who you find. Had terrible experience with rude staff two days on the trot.
They make fun of you, laugh at you, have rude attititude, and when you ask a qs about checking the price, it is taken as an offence. What a horrible awful staff selection! I'd avoid as much as I can. Will be reporting the rude staff.”
