“I am very sorry but I ordered thinking first thing it be convenient as I’m a new mother secondly it would be premium cuts of meat. I’m sorry but I was disappointed especially with chicken prep there was still a lot of hair on the chicken and a lot of fat with jelly bits. I won’t be ordering again.”

We do have the premium range of chicken available and we recommend you to try these in your future orders. Please try our Halal organically reared chicken, Halal Free range chicken and the Halal corn fed chicken and you will find a different experience insh'Allah. “Excellent quality products and very tasty! I have been looking for a halal deli meat for a very long time and saffron alley has not disappointed at all. Delivery is super fast and efficient too. This is my new halal butchers!”

“Have ordered a few times from Saffron Alley. Much prefer them to the super markets. They also vacuum seal the product which makes it take less space. No problem with deliveries so far as well. I do hope they introduce custom sizes soon though (where possible) but not a deal breaker. Will be using them going forward.”

“Quality and delivery was excellent. Packaging and labelling good too. We ordered chicken breast. It’s a bit tougher than local halal butcher’s or supermarket chicken but I guess that’s because it’s free range so the chickens build muscle while being free to roam. Only slight qualm is that we asked for 1cm diced but it was still quite big. Not sure if the cut it 3cm by accident or that’s the smallest they do, so we had to cut it smaller ourselves. Other than that very happy and will be ordering regularly now so the kids can have hormone and antibiotic free meat.”
