“we loved the order, the quality of the lamb was great, my husband made a beautiful Afghan lamb karahi, the meat was very tender. the delivery was not great, the courier left our parcel not at the neighbours house despite asking, and so the parcel was left outside all day. hope to place an order again soon 🤲🏽 p.s our neighbours cat loved the box, the karahi was finished in seconds so no photo available 😅🤣🙏🏽”

“We ordered CHK-TH-103 among lots of others on 22 Jul and delivered on 27 Jul (delayed). But the chicken expiry date was 28 Jul, just one day after the arrival. Further more, it smells strange.”

“Very good customer service. I ordered 3kg chicken, diced chicken breast, diced beef, lamb, oxtail and mince. So far I have cooked the beef and some of the chicken. The chicken was really nice and the beef was ok but a bit bland and it didn’t really taste of anything to be honest. Nevertheless l will be ordering from saffron alley again their customer service is excellent.”
