“My turkey was, as usual, well packaged and delivered on time. However, the invoice did not tell me what it's weight was, so I had to try to weigh it on bathroom scales in order to calculate the weight. I wanted a smaller turkey, but no choice of turkey size is offered. Finally, I think that over £80 is too expensive for what is offered.”

“10/10 was dubious about doing this at first but my good friends put my mind to ease & took the plunge, gotta say good clean cuts of meat that were butchered nicely and presented well & delivered properly chilled ! Have a look at the halal beef jerky 👌👌”

“Last year we had a young Muslim guest staying with us for Christmas so we ordered a Saffron Alley turkey. It was delicious. So much so that she returned for a second Christmas with us to savour our second Saffron Alley turkey. It was equally delicious. As our guest was with us for several days we ordered several other products from them. Chicken, lamb and burgers. They were of equal high quality.and much appreciated by our guest (and us).”

“When my order arrived, I noticed that one item was incorrect. I promptly contacted the company via email and included photographs of the mistake. They responded by apologizing and offering to send the correct item free of charge. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for 5 years and have never encountered any issues before.”

“Meat arrived in well packed conditions which meant I was confident the items would be fresh and safe. There are good ranges to choose from, however I would find buying steak for a family is far too expensive and it is a shame that the halal market on premium steak does not compete well with non-halal.”

“I have ordered about 4-5 times and each time it's been so easy. There is a very wide variety of meats, cut how you like it and very reasonably priced. Delivery is very fast and you usually get a 1 hour slot. Would definitely recommend.”
