“New experience for me & wasn't sure what to expect as it was 1st time ordering meat online coming through a courier & not directly from the store. Products were very well packaged, came in vacuum sealed packaging & a very strong outer box with ice packs. Only reason not giving 5 stars is because not sure how the whole chicken will be as it wasn't frozen.”

“Delivery service was not the best as my parcel was left at the entrance of my building for over 4 hours. Thankfully we had fridge temp weather. However, the quality of the meat and chicken were very good. You can really tell the difference.”

“Very well packaged, quick delivery, clean and excellent quality meat. I ordered beef brisket and beef mince and both did not disappoint. Highly recommend. I would give 5 stars except that I thought the parcel needed more ice bricks to maintain an adequately cold temperature although in this cold weather it was fine.”

“I ordered 9kg chicken Thigh, it arrived a day late. When I opened the box there was a strong smell, chicken had gone off. It really put me off. I called saffron alley, they were very apologetic and arranged replacement. It wasn't their fault because it was courier company (dpd) that delayed the parcel. I received the replacement but I wasn't too happy with it as the thighs had a lot fat and bruises on them. After cleaning and cutting to size 1 quarter of chicken was gone. I think I will stick to ordering chicken breast next time.”

“Food is good. Fresh however the delivery is slow. Foods get delivered late at times. Probably should change your courier and have someone that priorities frozen cold foods.”
