“Well, so far I have never had a reason to bring to Saffrons Alleys attention regarding the quality, taste nor great value for money of their products. They are my 'Go to' for Beef especially. I have scoured the UK for online suppliers , have been disappointed for so many reasons. Primarily they cannot get anywhere near the outstanding value for money from Saffron Alley.”

“Review of My Saffron Alley Order – Room for Improvement I placed an order for four baby chickens on June 23rd, expecting delivery within two days, or three at the most. However, by day five, the order still hadn’t arrived, and I’d received no communication from the company regarding any delays. I reached out to customer service, and to their credit, they were very responsive and quickly confirmed the next available delivery slot. When the chickens finally arrived, they were well packaged, though not as cold as I would have expected — and it was still only mid-morning. Each bird was individually wrapped in thick plastic sealed bags, but upon opening the packaging, there was an unpleasant smell. Not exactly rancid, just… off — as if the chickens had been left out for a while before being sealed. My biggest disappointment came when I opened the first package and found that one of the chicken legs had a break right in the middle with the bone protruding outwards. It’s disheartening to see poor butchering like that — nothing undermines confidence faster than mishandled meat. Thankfully, the remaining three chickens were in good condition. In summary: Saffron Alley needs to improve their delivery reliability and communication with customers. Proper packaging and cold chain management are crucial, especially for meat products. And above all, ensure strict quality control before shipping orders. One bad item can really affect the entire experience.”

“Choices have become so many, that this will be my one-stop shop...it's amazing to find this level of choice in halal meat shopping. A little expensive but delivery is fast and well packed, and the meats are definitely the freshest; no waste and better than expected every time.”
