“They have a good choice of meats and types of cuts. With much better quality than you would ordinarily get at a halal butchers. The deliveries are convenient and the odd time when the package has not been delivered they personally drop off my order. I will be using them again.”

“Further to my earlier review, I have been contacted and issue has been rectified. I was advised that there is a box in which you can make special requests, had I done this, I would have received my order as expected. Mr Malick has offered me a refund and a 10% discount on a future order which is very reasonable. My issues were definitely listened to and I felt like a valued customer. I would have no hesitation from ordering from Saffron Alley again.”

We greatly appreciate your review and are pleased that you have had a positive experience overall with our offerings, except for our Halal Beef Sirloin Cut. All our animals and birds are naturally reared and not factory farmed which leads to variation in meats in terms of size, weight and texture. Likewise, the beef sirloin cut in your order is a wide angle cut of the meat which makes it look flat. However, please note that we do offer specific cutting/trimming options on our basket page where customers can customize their orders according to their preferences.
