“We have had multiple deliveries now from this company, and they are generally very good. The meat is good quality, packaged well, and delivered on time. We have had one instance where there was an issue with the packaging leading to the meat going bad, hence the dropped star, but Saffron Alley were quick to respond and replaced the order immediately.”

“I have ordered twice now from saffron Alley and it’s a easy experience and there’s lots of different options and the meat and chicken taste amazing there is a clear difference between meat and bought from the local butchers to saffron Alley. I have had issues with the delivery service, but saffron Alley were quick to inform me of any changes and easy to contact and offered me a refund on my delivery due to those issues which was much appreciated. Will definitely continue to order from saffron Alley, it is an exceptional service for the ummah”
