“When I first purchased meat from you the quality was acceptable, lately there has been a drop in quality. I have complained about my recent purchases regarding the awful odour and my suspicion that you are probably selling previously frozen items, this is my feeling. I have decided not to place any further orders with your company and I recommend others to check their orders more diligently.”

“my special instructions weren’t followed. I asked for steak fat to be trimmed and beef liver to be cut into smaller pieces, as it’s difficult to clean and cut at home, but this wasn’t done.”

“Delivery is great and always on-time. I like that I get to pick my delivery date as well. Meat is packaged correctly, clean and great quality. This is the third time I’ve used them for various items (tomahawk steak, beef chuck, chicken), I will continue to place orders.”
