“Nice and friendly plumber but a lot of it was guesswork and time wasted on silly things which then went over the basic hour rate. Paid £103 for an hours and half worth of work for a leaky shower. The trouble persisted so when I contacted customer services I was told it would be treated as a new issue so same cost applies. Understandably I felt ripped off and wanted to speak to a senior. They refused to give me the manager's name and said they would request for the manager to call back but nope nothing... From my experience I wouldn't recommend.”

“I called early Friday afternoon for a faulty boiler, I told them what i thought was wrong as there was no water pressure. They sent an engineer around said yes, there is a problem with your pump and then left. I had no information about when my boiler would be fixed. I couldn't have my house without hot water and heating over the weekend until when they planned to call me on Monday. Instead I found an alternative engineer that cam the same Friday evening and fixed my boiler in 2hrs. And instead of the £72 service + £475 for the parts and future labour that Toropro wanted to charge me later, I only paid £250 for an amazing job.”
