I emailed them back straight away (this seems to be the only way to communicate)to say not worry please could I just have a refund for my entire order only to be told that they have already mixed the remaining paint on my order and that they were charging me for this ?
Surely, having realised they couldn't supply most of my order you would have thought they'd communicate that first and let you know so you could make a decision ?
Not the sort of people I like doing business with, suffice to say I won't be coming back to Trade Paints Direct.

Ordered decking oil from Trade Paint Direct. Stated that the item was in stock online, but when the transaction was completed I had to contact them only to be told the item was not in stock and they would contact me if and when it was available. A requested refund was quickly actioned.
