“It's well-known that Trade markets has lots of clients, but still, I expect them to answer me a bit more quickly. This happens mainly during rush hours, but everybody knows there are rush hours. I hope they will hire some more representatives. After all, the answering speed issue is the only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5.”
“Really good support staff. I had some problems with the deposits that didn't go through and they were really helpful and patient. I know it sounds so basic, but sadly today that's not something you can take for granted.”
“I like their platform. Trading is carried out directly from the browser. I know a lot of people prefer standalone platforms. But it's easier for me to work in a browser, because I always have several tabs open at once: current news, charts for technical analysis, which I do in my free minutes. The platform works quickly, my orders are opened and closed by the minute. I am very pleased with the speed.”
