“These 7 hour DCPC Courses are a necessary evil but thankfully, with Traxion's Online Courses via Zoom, you can do it from the comfort of your own home and believe me, it is simple enough to setup and use Zoom, hence even a newbie novice need not worry!
Booking Online was simple enough, as were the instructions for downloading, logging into and using 'Zoom'.
The Courses I completed were led by Craig, who was very professional and informative throughout, with all the latest regulations to hand and on display.
Candidate participation is encouraged but thankfully as it is via Zoom, rather than in a classroom, there is none of that irritating Candidate overtalking, arguing and waffling.
Don't think it is an easy day! You do need to pay attention, as Craig will ask questions relating to the course throughout the day.
All things considered, it is a pleasant enough day with plenty of short breaks.
