“If 'outstanding' was an option on the star system I would have chosen that. Great price, service and help, even accommodating last minute changes over the busy Christmas period. Highly recommend and will use again for sure.”

“Excellent service - would definitely recommend. Great that they e-mail you a mock-up of the finished article and, in our case, quickly do any changes required - response was fantastic and the recipient of the award was thrilled! Item was received quickly and in a lovely presentation box.”

“We have used Trophydeals for the last three years, we originally switched to them on price as they offered a big saving from our previous supplier, however their terrific service is the reason that we keep coming back. Nothing is too much trouble for them, we have changed our order, added additional trophies at short notices and changed delivery addresses and deadlines. They have responded to all our requests promptly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier with them. The trophies themselves are top quality, engraving is accurate and delivery is prompt. “Our club needed an award at short notice. We chose a glass trophy and the engraving we wanted included the club logo. We phoned first to double-check the procedure and the company representative was very helpful. The ordering process was easy and the item arrived on time, (we paid for a quicker delivery) well packed and the overall look and quality of the trophy was very pleasing.”

“Had to order a personalised farewell gift for a retiring Board member at very short notice. Trophydeals had a wide selection of lovely gifts. As time was of the essence, I was really impressed at the fast turn around as in my experience with other suppliers of such items, getting proofs alone took a week! Trophydeals sent me a proof same day and I received the item two working days later - and it looked fab! Well done Guys!”
