Site crashed whilst booking 2 tyres , money taken from my account, no customer order number received, help desk were unhelpful and said if they find my transaction they will refund in 3 -5 days , they new there was a issue with the site , but hasn't closed it , more people will be temporarily robbed until it's fixed

Don't consider if you drive an electric vehicle which requires specific tyres. Ordered the recommended tyres (on their website) to be told that these could not be fitted to a tesla. The only tyre they have available is not tesla approved but a alternative, and they only have that in a summer tyre - useful in October! Refund given but two days wasted!

Asked if they could fit a different brand of tyre - only to get told “we don’t hold any tyres at our hub” “If you want a refund it’s 3-5 working days” “We don’t know what other tyres we have - you will have to go-online and look and try and rebook but it won’t be today! Just dreadful service from a critical industry.

Tried 2 orders both failed to show and still waiting for my refund a month on after numerous calls chasing them.

If I had read these reviews before booking them I could have saved myself a weeks worth of hassle, time and money. Read these reviews and take them seriously. I have yet to find out if they are even capable of processing a refund... I very much doubt it, I will just have to live in hope for the next 3-5 working days. Abysmal..

They will not even refund the £150 I paid for the tyre that bounced down a major road.

Awful service. Couldn't get a wheel nut off as he didn't have the tools!!! Then didn't process my refund, I've had to ring 3 times to chase the refund. Utterly horrendous service. Avoid

I requested a refund and they told me that it would take five working days to get the money back, so I could get the tired from another company.
