“My 5ml bottle of perfume arrived broken around the rim, leaving sharp shard of glass right where you put your finger to get the perfume out. I emailed with photos to ask how to get a replacement and I still have no response after 10 days. I won't be using this company again.”

“I ordered a revlon colorsilk colour, I had confirmation that the colour had been dispatched and then on the day it was meant to arrive I received a refund. Apparently the colour was never in stock in the first place. I had to quickly find a replacement colour in time for my brother's wedding. I won't use this company again”

“Shocking customer service from this so called reputable company. Ordered a product given a delivery date of 6th July, ten days later after receiving wooden promises that the product would be delivered by 13th July and still waiting. I have remanded a refund. Still waiting for the refund. JF”

“They sent me the wrong colour which oat me £6.50 I returned with Hermes on the 19/06/18 which cost me £2.95. I was told i would get the £6.50 refunded into my PayPal account within the next few days and I am still waiting. I will not be using this company again.”
