“My perfume was half the price of everywhere else. My only issue was my delivery took a long time. When I chased I was told there had been a problem with my other delivery and my order would be here the next day, which it was, it would have been nice to be told there was an issue before chasing. Having said that customer service was fantastic and I would order again.”

“Very pleased with product, but , as the order was split into two packages one was delivered to my address and the other went to a different address, although it was labelled correctly. I found it difficult to check the details of my order as I didn't appear to have received a confirmation email of my order. I was eventually able to check by going onto Direct Beautique website.”

“I must admit I was a bit dubious about using this company after I'd read some reviews. However, after ordering some aftershave that was over £10 cheaper than everywhere else it came free delivery next day via recordered delivery. The aftershave was well packaged and indeed exactly what I'd ordered.”
