“Customer service from UK Poultry supplies was fantastic. However the delivery service used generated misleading auto texts that told me the delivery would be late, then, after it had been delivered at exactly the right time, that if would be late!!!”

“Prices seemed reasonable compared to other suppliers when I did my initial online search. Very helpful on phone when I wanted to clarify the postal address and extend my order. Delivery very prompt. It would be good if they had the facility for an alternative delivery address to the billing address in the order section of the website.”

“The rat proof hen feeder arrived promptly. I was impressed by the one hour window we had when the package was delivered. The only problem I have is that the hens cannot work out how to use it and are alarmed by the noise when they tread on the platform but perhaps they will get the hang of it. I suspect they have very small brains. As far as I know the rats have not figured it out either.”

“Delivery was quick and efficient. The product (7.5Kg treadle chicken feeder) is well made and solid in appearance. Only doubts are whether my chickens will feed from it. After several days with bar weighted down they have taken some pellets but not many. There is only a narrow aperture for them to poke their heads into and they don't seem to like this. Time will tell if they get used to it and if they learn how to work the treadle.”
