“I chose a Bulova watch where the crown is hidden in the strap, as I’ve had several skin injuries with the crown on the side. I love the shape, size and design of my watch and delighted it arrived as promised and correctly sized! Brilliant service!”

“On Tuesday my new watch I was desperately looking forward to (worth just under £900) was left unattended at the front of my house by DPD (photo on their tracking site confirming this). Not even a card through the letter box or try a neighbour. I explicitly did not give permission for the package to be left unattended because of the value. The package was obviously seen being left and was not there when I arrived home. I contacted Bulova by raising a support ticket with all the order and tracking details. I was promised a reply in 24hrs. It is now Thursday and I have had no contact from Bulova. I find it almost unbelievable that Bulova would send such a high value item by a courier who simply leave it! I cannot find a number to call on the website, I am very disappointed with Bulova and their service so far.”

“Bought the Bulova Marine Star in black (Model: 96B434) about 3 weeks ago. Mainly chosen for it's looks, price and timekeeping ability (Precisionist movement). I've had several quality automatic watches in the past (Omega, Oris etc) and am a bit tired of their mediocre time keeping and the need to reset the time/date when you've not worn it for a couple of days. Am I happy with it - yes! I've had a few compliments on it's looks, it's not dropped a second in the last 3 weeks, it feels good on my wrist and when I switch watches (which i've not done since buying it) it still keeps the correct time/date. Looks like it's worth much more than it cost and does what it's supposed to do - what's not to like.”
